6、 Structure description:
The main components are the motor, oil chamber, mechanical seal, over cut heat protector, pump body, impeller, front cover, bracket, etc. The impeller has two functions: discharging and crushing. A triangular fixed knife is installed at the inlet of the front cover, and weeds and fibers are crushed and discharged under the high-speed rotation of the impeller. The effluent passes through the motor housing and carries away the heat of the motor.

3Before diving into the water, it is necessary to first test the forward and reverse rotation of the power supply, confirm that the direction of rotation is consistent with the direction indicated on the sign, and then put it into the water. Because the pump can drain water in both forward and reverse directions, but the motor is overloaded during reverse operation, it cannot be used in reverse.
4If the pump suddenly fails to supply water during operation, it may be due to a blown fuse, single operation, or the activation of the non burning protector in the motor, which disconnects the power supply. At this time, the power should be turned off in a timely manner for inspection.

ARemove the oil chamber plug, drain the internal oil, unscrew the oil chamber connecting nut, gently remove the oil chamber along the axis, and do not use a heavy hammer to strike.
BThere are two sets of mechanical seals installed in the oil chamber, one is made of hard alloy and the other is made of graphite ceramic. Check their wear and sealing condition.
